Artist's Comments

The illustrations for 2 ebooks I did. This one's name is "The Case of the Missing Blanket"

"I asked my mother if she saw who took it. She was busy sewing and told me to go outside and play. No one saw how serious this was. "

My favorite drawing of the entire ebook thing. C: It just came out so perfect to me. and the characters both look cute.

I think it's a very lovely piece. Smooth line art and colors. The only way I can see this improving is the posistion of the smaller mouse. His body is twisted akwardly at the bottom. Then again, it is a mouse and they can move in ways we cannot. Also the eyes of the mother mouse could be focused a little more. She looks like she's staring at the camera and not the other mouse, too me.

All in all, though, it's a great drawing. I like how she sits on a little thimble. It's very detailed, and so is the basket. Good job! :D

:giggle: It's funny, but the first thing I thought was, "Oh, he walked in on her while she was on the toilet." But then I scrolled all the way down to see the full picture and realized it was a thimble (A very well done thimble, at that! Nice design, thar). XD Like that basket a lot, too.

I've learned that the body is not something you control, it is merely something you influence.
